With CHANGE comes GROWTH. Growth is willingness to move in new directions, to take a leap of faith into the unknown and try something different.

It is easy to get stuck in old patterns and routines that keep uscomfortable, but don't necessarily push us to reach our fullest potential.
Look at life as a walk up a beautiful mountain path. If only looked to the peak you may get discouraged seeing only how far you have to go, if you spend all your time looking back at what has gone before, you stop walking. Don't resist the walk, throw yourself into it and enjoy it. Shifting our focus can allow us to see the growth potential within the present moment.

Where has your attention been focused lately? :-)

Forgiveness: A great feeling

In forgiving we release ourselves from the shackles of anger, bitterness, and disappointment. In this life we will encounter those who will do unkind things, but it is we as individuals who have the power to choose how this will effect us. Remember that not one of us has ever gone through life without hurting someone. Liberate yourself from the restraint of holding a grudge or clinging to past hurt.

So forgive and forget.

My Attitude of Gratitude

Why are people always unsatisfied and discontented with what they have? why poeple always complain about how nasty their lives can be? why there is still so much discontentment when we know that life's beautiful yet too short for us to live with it?

Ya,I've been asking too much all the while and suddenly, I realized that life ain't that unfair as what I thought. Atleast Master's Grace is still there to take care of me, atleast I do feel blissful and lucky sometimes, atleast I found a bunch of frenz who worth being with. But undeniably, I still wonder whom to call when I'm upset, wonder who's the 1st person i'll think of when I'm in problem, who's the one I can share my feelings and hardships with.. anyhow, I have to admit that I'm really lucky enough to have found those who care for me, those who willing to spend their time on me, those who are able to brighten up my day when I'm sad and ofcourse, the one who has made my life more colourful.. thanks a lot to you peeps. I'm grateful to have you people around.

Seriously, I feel really happy few days past. It's like, I never expect it to happen but surprisingly, I got wat I've been longing for. I appreciate what I've got, although it seems like blissfulness doesn't last long most of the time..

A Noble Thought

"Do not count what you have lost.Look at what you have now, because past never comes back but sometimes future can give us what we have lost."

We usually wonder, 'why the hell am I yawning?'................well we can understand that yawning is a part of routine life but what we dont understand is why!!You all shall yawn atleast once on the the thought of 'yawning' alone............this is psychological.

A yawn is a reflex of deep inhalation and exhalation associated with being tired, with a need to sleep, or from boredom. The word "yawn" has evolved from the Middle English word yanen, an alteration of yonen, or yenen, which in turn comes from the Old English geonian. Pandiculation is the term for the act of stretching and yawning. Yawning is a powerful non-verbal message with several possible meanings, depending on the circumstances. It is also claimed to help increase the state of alertness of a person. The exact causes of yawning are still unknown.

Causes of yawning
  • An indication of tiredness, stress, over-work, or boredom.
  • An action indicating psychological decompression after a state of high alert.
  • A means of expressing powerful emotions like anger, rejection, apathy, or tedium.

A long-standing hypothesis is that yawning is caused by an excess of carbon dioxide and lack of oxygen in the blood. The brain stem detects this and triggers the yawn reflex. The mouth stretches wide and the lungs inhale deeply, bringing oxygen into the lungs and hence to the bloodstream. It is almost certain however, that this hypothesis is not correct. One study documented that this effect does not exist. [1] A more recent hypothesis is that yawning is used for regulation of body temperature. Another hypothesis is that yawns are caused by the same chemicals (neurotransmitters) in the brain that affect emotions, mood, appetite and other phenomena. These chemicals include serotonin, dopamine, glutamic acid and nitric oxide. As more of these compounds are activated in the brain, the frequency of yawning increases. Conversely, a greater presence in the brain of opiate neurotransmitters such as endorphins, reduces the frequency of yawning. Patients taking the serotonin reuptake inhibitor Paxil (Paroxetine HCl) have been observed yawning abnormally often. Another theory is that yawning is similar to stretching. Yawning, like stretching, increases blood pressure and heart rate while also flexing many muscles and joints. It is also theorized that yawning helps redistribute an oil-like substance which coats the lungs and aids breathing. Some have observed that if you try to stifle or prevent a yawn by clenching your jaws shut, the yawn is unsatisfying. As such, the stretching of jaw and face muscles seems to be necessary for a good yawn.

The yawn reflex is often described as contagious: if one person yawns, this will cause another person to "sympathetically" yawn.

When I look Into Your Eyes...

From the bottom of my Heart, I am expressing you my Soul,
In Life it can be cold, when there's no one left to hold,
I can stress you enough, you give me such a rush,
when i look into your eyes, My heart begins to pump,
Smile like the sunrise, My heart is not pretending,
When I look into your eyes, I swear i see Heaven...

Days we spent are the best memories..
So Hate Me Today, Hate Me Everyday

Mr. See owned a saw.And Mr. Soar owned a seesaw. Now See's saw sawed Soar's seesaw Before Soar saw See, Which made Soar sore.Had Soar seen See's saw Before See sawed Soar's seesaw, See's saw would not have sawed Soar's seesaw. So See's saw sawed Soar's seesaw. But it was sad to see Soar so sore Just because See's saw sawed Soar's seesaw

Determination brings success.
Determination gives us strength to go on trying in spite of seemingfailures. It is with determination that we can achieve what we set outto achieve without giving up. It enables us to find resources and usethem for our own success.
When I am working on something, even if I have setbacks, I need toremind myself of how important it is for me to accomplish the task. When I remind myself in this way I will not loosen my intention andwith determination I can achieve what I want.
